- I have some probs with my M-TEC HD-controller and memory-SIMM's..
-
- The M-Tec has 4 slots to put SIMM's in. For 8MB RAM there should be
- 2*4MB SIMM engaged in the two first slots. I have tried all night
- to get this shit to work. The 4MB SIMM's has this data on them:
- On chips: "8744 U22N" <newline> "<Hitachi logo> JAPAN" <newline>
- "50256CP15M"
- On back of SIMM: "94-VOHB561009BR-15" <newline>
- "<Hitachi logo> 8746XX"
-
- This should be an 4M*9 SIMM.. But why the heck won't it work?
